Our clients come from all over the world, and we find that a team with a broad range of skills, experience and backgrounds can better understand (and adapt to) our equally diverse client needs.

We take a broad approach to GSB.

Our strategies and initiatives focus on gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, racial diversity, disability, age and veteran status throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement.

Among them, increasing the representation of women and minorities, especially in leadership roles, is a near-term priority.

Currently, 46% of our group members are women.

We have also seen an increase in the representation of ethnic minorities, particularly in the UK and US.
